Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WHOMI at whomi.page. By using WHOMI you agree to these Terms. We've written them to be readable — please actually read them.
01Acceptance
- —By accessing or using whomi.page you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
- —We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
- —These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
02Your Account
- —You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
- —You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
- —One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent handle availability or subscription limits.
- —You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
03Handles
- —Handles are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
- —We reserve the right to reclaim handles that impersonate real people, brands, or public figures.
- —Handles inactive for more than 12 months on the free tier may be reclaimed after 30 days' notice to your registered email.
- —You may not sell or transfer your handle to another person or entity.
04Content
- —You own all content you post to your WHOMI page.
- —By posting content, you grant Whomi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
- —You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, pornographic, or that infringes any third-party IP.
- —We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice. Repeated violations result in account suspension.
05Purchases & Payments
- —Premium templates are sold individually at $0.50 USD per template — a one-time charge, not a subscription.
- —A bundle of all 6 premium templates is available for $2.50 USD.
- —Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- —Purchased templates are permanently linked to your account and do not expire.
- —Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the template does not render correctly on your page. Contact [email protected] with your order ID.
- —We reserve the right to change template pricing. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
06Prohibited Use
- —You may not use WHOMI to distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam.
- —You may not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack whomi.page infrastructure.
- —Automated account creation (bots) is prohibited.
- —You may not use WHOMI pages to run unlicensed financial services or fraudulent schemes.
07Availability & Liability
- —We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
- —Whomi is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- —Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- —We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.
08Termination
- —We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- —Upon termination, your public WHOMI page goes offline immediately. You have 30 days to export your data.
- —You may terminate your account at any time. Section 4 (Content license) survives termination only to the extent necessary to wind down cached copies.
